1. Service Agreement
By using our laundry services, you agree that your garments will be cleaned according to standard industry practices. We do not guarantee the removal of all stains.
2. Garment Care
We will follow care label instructions on garments. If a customer provides special care instructions, we will attempt to follow them but cannot guarantee results.
3. Liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by normal cleaning procedures, manufacturer defects, or improper labeling. Maximum liability is limited to the cleaning cost.
4. Loss or Damage
We take care in handling garments, but in rare cases of loss or damage, compensation will be determined based on industry standards and garment age.
5. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery services are scheduled in advance. Customers must ensure garments are ready for pickup and retrieved on time.
6. Payment
Payment must be made upon service completion. We accept EFT and card payments only. Refunds are not issued once cleaning is completed.
7. Turnaround Time
We strive to complete laundry within the agreed timeframe. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before pickup without charge. Cancellations after pickup may incur fees.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking their items before and after service. If there are any complaints, they must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the cleaned items.
10. Non-Collectable Items
We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are deemed too delicate, hazardous, or contaminated.
11. Color & Fabric Sensitivity
While we take precautions, we are not responsible for color bleeding, shrinkage, or fabric damage due to manufacturer defects.
12. Unclaimed Laundry
Items not collected within 30 days of completion will be considered abandoned and may be donated.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, power outages, or extreme weather conditions.
14. Pricing Adjustments
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
15. Health & Safety
We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols. Customers are advised to inform us of any special cleaning requirements due to allergies.
16. Customer Privacy
Your personal information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
17. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
18. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
